Privacy Policy

Who we are
Pulseflip is developed by Aditya Kumar under BuildrStudio. For privacy questions or requests, email buildrstudioin@gmail.com. Pulseflip does not require a separate game account.
Progress saved on your device
Scores, run history, missions, Sparks, cosmetic unlocks, tutorial completion, and settings are stored locally on your device. Pulseflip does not provide its own cloud save service. Removing app data or changing devices can remove local progress.
Optional analytics and crash reports
Usage analytics and crash diagnostics are off by default. The first-launch choice lets you enable them, and Settings provides separate switches you can change later. Gameplay works without either option.
When enabled, Google Firebase Analytics receives gameplay events such as run mode, score, distance, combo, near misses, tutorial progress, and purchase or ad events, along with technical app and device information. Firebase Crashlytics receives crash diagnostics and related gameplay event logs when crash reporting is enabled. Analytics uses the Firebase package without IDFA support; the app denies Firebase advertising storage and personalization consent.
Turning analytics off resets the local analytics data. Turning crash reporting off deletes unsent crash reports. This does not automatically delete information already processed by the service. Read Firebase’s privacy information for its processing and retention practices.
Advertising and privacy choices
Pulseflip includes Google Mobile Ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform for interstitial and optional rewarded ads. When advertising is enabled in your version, these services may process device identifiers, IP addresses, approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostics to deliver ads, prevent fraud, and measure performance. Advertising choices are separate from the optional Firebase switches. In version 0.0.2 build 6 and later, the app requests non-personalized ads, disables Google’s publisher first-party ID, and limits ad content to General. It does not request permission to track you across other companies’ apps and websites. Non-personalized ads can still process technical identifiers and ad interactions for delivery, frequency control, measurement, and fraud prevention.
Consent messages are presented when required by the consent service, and an Ad Privacy control is available when required to revisit your choices. Ad availability depends on your build, connectivity, and consent. See Google’s privacy policy.
Providers, retention, and deletion
Service providers processing information for us must protect it to at least the same standard described in this policy and applicable platform requirements, and use it only for the disclosed purposes. Google and Apple also describe their own processing responsibilities in the policies linked here.
Local records remain until app data is removed or replaced; run history is limited to the most recent 128 runs, and daily records to 30 days. Analytics and diagnostic data held by Google follows the applicable service’s configured retention and deletion schedules. Turning a switch off stops future collection by that optional feature; it does not erase historical provider records. We do not promise that uninstalling the app deletes data already held by Apple or Google.
To request deletion of information held by us, email support with “Pulseflip privacy” in the subject. Include the type of information and relevant dates, without passwords or payment details. We will verify the request where necessary, delete information we can identify unless retention is required by law, and explain any limitations or provider steps. We do not attach a name or game account to Firebase analytics, so we may be unable to identify a particular installation’s historical records after its local analytics identifier has been reset. Apple purchase and Game Center records must be managed through Apple.
Apple purchases and Game Center
Apple handles optional in-app purchases and restoration through your Apple Account. The game checks purchase entitlement; we do not receive your payment card details. Game Center is not enabled in the current release. If a later release enables it and you authenticate, scores and achievements can be sent to Apple. Apple services are covered by Apple’s privacy policy.
Support and this website
If you contact support, we use your email address, message, and any attachments to respond and investigate your request. Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Please avoid sending passwords or payment details.
This website uses Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and Umami to measure website usage and performance. These website tools are separate from the game. Hosting, email, Apple, and Google services may process information outside your country.
Your choices and rights
You can change analytics and crash-report settings, revisit available ad privacy choices, and manage Apple services through device settings. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent to support, or to ask about other applicable privacy rights. We may need to verify your request. Local game records are managed on your device; deleting them does not delete provider-held records.
Children and changes
We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information directly through support. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Parents should manage purchases and Apple services through their device controls.
We may update this policy as the game changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
