Buildr Studio ("we", "us", "our") provides pre-built AI agents at buildrstudio.in that you can subscribe to and embed on your own website. This policy explains what data we collect — both from you as a subscriber and, where applicable, from visitors to sites where you've embedded an agent — and how we protect it. Buildr Studio is operated by Aditya Kumar from India.

When a visitor uses an agent embedded on your website, their messages are sent to our API, forwarded to Google Gemini to generate a response, and stored so the agent can maintain conversation context. If you embed an agent, you're responsible for disclosing this to your own visitors (e.g. in your own privacy policy) where required by law.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Umami analytics is fully cookie-free.
Account and subscription data is retained as long as your account is active. Chat message history is retained to provide conversation context for the agent and can be deleted on request.
